A marketplace, not an inventory claim

Independent sellers are responsible for the products they offer, their listing accuracy and fulfilment obligations. NOVA connects customers with those sellers. Product categories, stock, brands and delivery coverage have not yet been announced.

Before placing an order

  • Review the seller’s identity, product description and any applicable warranty.
  • Check the total payable amount, including any taxes, shipping and disclosed charges.
  • Read return eligibility and cancellation terms before confirming.
  • Check your delivery address and the estimated delivery schedule.
