For product purchases
Review the product and seller, confirm your delivery details and check shipping costs and estimated delivery. The seller or the delivery partner identified for the order handles fulfilment.
If something needs attention
Keep your booking or order reference and contact NOVA through the support channel on Contact Us once the verified details have been published. NOVA will coordinate with the relevant seller or provider to address marketplace concerns, subject to applicable law and the relevant policy.
