Terms & Conditions
The basis for using this website and understanding NOVA’s planned marketplace.
NOVA’s Android app is coming soon. This website does not accept orders, bookings or payments. Business contact details and final transaction policies will be published before marketplace transactions begin.
1. Operator and scope
This page explains the proposed framework for NOVA’s informational website and planned marketplace. Legal operator details and final effective terms will be published before marketplace transactions begin.
2. Current availability
The Android app is coming soon. This website does not offer account creation, product checkout, service booking or payment collection. It does not promise a launch date, geographic coverage, stock or provider availability.
3. NOVA’s marketplace role
NOVA connects customers with independent service providers and sellers. The identified provider is responsible for performing its agreed service, and the identified seller is responsible for supplying its products and meeting its fulfilment obligations. NOVA remains responsible for its own platform obligations under applicable law. Nothing here removes statutory consumer rights.
4. Future bookings, purchases and charges
Before a transaction is confirmed, the app will need to show the offering, seller/provider identity, total price, applicable taxes and fees, fulfilment arrangements and relevant cancellation, refund and delivery terms. A request is subject to availability and confirmation. Any NOVA platform fee or commission arrangement must be disclosed where applicable; no specific fee or payment method is promised here.
5. Responsible use
- Use this site only for lawful purposes.
- Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent a business or send fraudulent enquiries.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security or misuse its content.
- For future app transactions, provide accurate information and obtain any required authority to place an order or booking.
6. Content and third parties
NOVA’s branding and website content may be used only as permitted by their owner or applicable law. Future seller or provider content will remain the responsibility of its contributor. Links to third-party services, if added, will be governed by their own terms; they do not constitute an endorsement.
7. Cancellations, refunds and delivery
The Cancellation & Refund Policy and Shipping / Delivery Policy explain the proposed framework. The final applicable terms must be available before a transaction. A seller’s terms cannot remove rights granted by applicable consumer law.
8. Availability and responsibility
Website information is provided in good faith and may be updated as NOVA develops. Access may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. NOVA does not guarantee that every future seller offering will suit a particular customer. Each party remains responsible for its own acts and legal obligations; no provision excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Concerns may be raised through Contact Us. Customers retain access to competent courts, consumer commissions and other statutory remedies; these terms do not impose an exclusive forum that removes those rights.
10. Updates
Revised terms will show an updated effective date. Material changes affecting future transactions will be communicated through the appropriate platform before they apply.
